If you are not seeing an order in the Intelligent Reach platform that you can see in eBay please check the following:
  1. Confirm the order status in eBay is complete.  We will only import orders that are complete.
  2. Confirm that payment has been processed and there are no issues in Paypal.  We will only import orders that have been successfully paid for to ensure you don't dispatch an order that you haven't been paid for.
  3. Ensure Paypal Payment was taken within 10 days of order being created.  We will ignore orders that are older than 10 days to stop orders coming through that will likely have been through your customer service team anyway.
