The files we send across unfortunately, can’t be exported by us again through the same export method, this is to stop duplicate orders occurring in your system. This also allows you to manage any orders before the full order sync on the IR plartform is fully set up. 

 In our app however, there is an option to re-export individual orders, although this is a fairly manual process.


  1. Click trading to expand the other options
  2. Click Marketplace orders to navigate to the orders in the system
  3. Change the time period to find the orders you need to export
  4. Click the pencil icon to expand out an order


This will expand the order as below

  1. Click on export to merchant
  2. Confirm that this order is to be exported to merchant
