This will help us build a more secure and GDPR compliant environment for you.

What will happen?

When you will attempt to log into the Intelligent Reach platform you will be directed to our new login page. You will not be able to log in with your current login details until they are confirmed.

What do I need to do if I have an IR account?

1. If you try to log in with your current login detail you will receive the following message. Click on 'Sign up now'

2. Enter the email address you have previously used to log in to the IR platform

3. Click 'Send verification code'.

4. You will receive an email with your verification code. Enter the code and click 'Verify'.

5. You can now set your new passwords and finish creating your account.

What do I need to do if I don't have an IR account?

If you don't have an IR account already set up, please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager and they will set it up for you.
