If there are any product details that are being listed incorrectly on Catch (eg product name, description etc..), this could most-likely be due to the product info being incorrect on Catch as they use a product catalogue to override some product info that we send in the feed.

If this is the case, please reach out to the account management team at Catch and request them to update the product info. When doing so, please make sure to include the product URL on the merchant's official account and the item SKU.

You could also check if the Master data and the Partner data are all correct on IR portal, however, if the source data that's sent is correct, then the issue most-likely lies with Catch.
